my first blog....testing testing!......me mild technophobe!

this morning i had a chat with my sore right leg....it went like this:

ODE TO MY RIGHT LEG!

oh lovely right leg of mine

stepping forward all the time

now you falter, sore and pained

linked to some heartache i have gained

let's you and me forgive the past

and cease the pain, don't make it last

heal the nerve to carry me forth

for life and verve to chart new course

creativity, dance, love and joy

a heart refreshed is our ploy

and don't forget the balance 

and homage due............

where would i be without left foot too!

for without these pegs set on planet earth

to draw up strength and natures mirth

where would we be?

left, right, you and me?

a rigid stump, no growth, no play

with no tomorrows and no todays

let's celebrate the way we move and grow

our sturdy step i love to know

so come on leg on the right of me

let's heal

let's see

let's forgive

let's be

let's invite a new dance of life for me!
